Decision rules
Restore 200 means the same legitimate user job receives independently written current content or a new tool. Redirect 308 requires a substantially equivalent current destination. 410 is reserved for deliberately retired software, downloads, data, or commerce routes that cannot truthfully return.
This map is implementation evidence, not a claim that every production response has already been verified. Launch remains blocked until the deployed host is checked.
