Why the tool does not fetch URLs

An unrestricted server-side URL field can become a proxy into private networks, cloud metadata services, redirect loops, and oversized responses. This browser-local tool accepts evidence directly from you and performs no network request.

A future fetch service would need DNS resolution checks before and after redirects, private and link-local address blocking, response-size and redirect-depth caps, rate limits, timeouts, abuse monitoring, and a clear retention contract. That service is not implied by this interface.
